- METALIB-DISCUSS-L: ELUNA/IGeLU MetaLib discussion list
- METALIB-XSERVER-DISCUSS-L: ELUNA/IGeLU MetaLib X-Server discussion list
The following are discussion lists around MetaLib, the federated search/metasearch application from Ex Libris Group. Any employee of an institution that licenses at least one Ex Libris product (Aleph, Digitool, MetaLib, Primo, SFX, Verde, Voyager) and Ex Libris staff may join any of these lists, from sites worldwide. They are hosted at the University of Notre Dame/Michiana Academic Library Consortium as a service to the Ex Libris user community.
Exceptions to this policy: Exceptions to this policy, e.g., for prospective MetaLib users, may be requested in writing. Requests may be directed to the chair of the ELUNA Steering Committee or to Ex Libris North American Vice President for Sales.
Please request subscription from your institutional e-mail address rather than a commercial provider such as gmail, yahoo, etc. The list administrators must verify that each new subscription is from a current Ex Libris customer site, and the easiest way to do this is to check the address domain. The subscriber lists are occasionally reviewed for currency.
Most of these lists contain sensitive and proprietary information on Ex Libris’ products. Please use your common sense and be careful where you repost from these lists. Thanks!
