ELUNA 2012 May 8-11, 2012, Salt Lake City, Utah

The 2012 ELUNA Meeting will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 8 – 11, 2012 at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center and the Salt Palace Convention Center. The conference will open with a reception on the evening of Tuesday, May 8, and will include 3 days of presentations by Ex Libris customers, Ex Libris staff and the ELUNA Product Working Groups.

Registration for ELUNA 2012 and the 2012 Ex Libris Tech Seminar is scheduled to open on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Please plan to register by April 13, 2012 to receive the advance registration rates, speaker discounts or the Tech Seminar-ELUNA combination discount rate.

Conference hotel registration is now open. ELUNA and Tech Seminar attendees can receive the special rate of $139 per night at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center. Please reserve your hotel rooms by April 13, 2012 to receive the conference rate. Please plan to arrive in time to attend the opening reception on Tuesday night which is included in your ELUNA or Tech Seminar registration fee.

This year we’ve simplified the registration process-you will no longer need to select each session you plan to attend when you register! We hope this makes the registration process quicker and easier for all, and we think it will be be particularly helpful for people who have to have another person at their institution enter their payment information.

Although the deadline to submit a presentation is past, the Program Planning Committee is still accepting proposals for poster session . Please use the Presentation and Poster Proposal Form to submit your poster proposal by March 23, 2012. The Program Committee will review all proposals and respond to poster proposals in early April.

Our local hosts this year are the University of Utah, and the Church History Library of the Church Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
