The Voyager Small Libraries Special Interest Group has met for many years at the annual user’s group conference. It is made up of individuals who often “wear many hats” — performing various and varying duties at small libraries that frequently have very small staffs. The discussions held at the meetings are therefore often wide-ranging, covering all the Voyager modules plus systems administration, reporting, the user interface and more. The Small Libraries SIG has a e-mail list that you can join.
