Conference Location

All meetings and events will be held in two downtown Long Beach hotels, the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel and The Westin Long Beach. The only exception will be the conference reception which will be held at the nearby Aquarium of the Pacific. The two hotels are within five minutes walk of each other.

Please note that the official hotel for the Ex Libris Technical Seminar on July 28 and 29 will be the Renaissance. If you plan to register for the Ex Libris Technical Seminar, please reserve your rooms at the Renaissance.

All three hotels are official hotels for the ELUNA Conference, which will be held on July 30, 31, and August 1 (ends at 3:00 pm). The ELUNA Conference Reception at the Aquarium of the Pacific will be held the evening of July 29 (starts at 6:30 pm).

PLEASE reserve your room(s) at the conference hotels so that we can meet our room quotas. If we don't meet our quotas, ELUNA (not you) will have to pay an additional charge to the hotels.
