On Monday, April 21, the ELUNA Steering Committee approved the report of the tellers who counted the votes of the official members representatives on the revised ELUNA Constitution and Bylaws.

The ELUNA Constitution states that the Constitution may be amended "by a two-thirds majority vote of the official member representatives who return a mail or e-mail ballot sent out by the Steering Committee." I am pleased to report that the votes of the official member representatives met this threshold, so the revised version has been accepted.
