In 2014, Ex Libris, IGeLU, and ELUNA signed a revised Product Development Collaboration Agreement (2014) (ELUNA Document Repository login required).
An addendum to the agreement was signed in 2016, following the ProQuest acquisition, extending coverage to Summon.
This agreement supersedes the earlier Product Development Collaboration Agreement (2008), also signed by all three parties (ELUNA Document Repository login required).
Related to this, all three parties signed a separate agreement in 2011 around Central Knowledge Base (CKB) development (2011). This earlier agreement is also superseded, as it has been incorporated into the 2014 agreement.
This document outlines the governing principles for collaboration between Ex Libris and its user groups on development and enhancement of the Company’s products. It details the responsibilities of all three parties in the process of collaboration, and serves as the basis for the development of enhancement agreements for each product.
