ELUNA 2020 Presenter Information

Thank you for volunteering to speak at ELUNA 2020 in Los Angeles, California! The conference is a success because people like you are willing to share your expertise with your colleagues.


By Feb. 14: Confirm your acceptance by visiting ELUNA 2020 Session Confirmation to locate your proposal ID and confirm your session with the person listed.  Confirmation of your acceptance includes the title of your presentation and all speakers. Barring unforeseen emergencies, no changes to speakers or titles will be accepted after this date.

By Feb. 28: Last date to provide any edits to your session’s abstract or learning outcomes. You may receive an email from your track manager asking for edits as well.

By Mar. 23: Register for ELUNA 2020 by this date to receive your speaker discount. No discounts will be provided for registrations made after this date. You will be provided with information on how to redeem your speaker discount the week prior to when registration opens.

By Mar. 27: Register for one of the two virtual speaker orientations on April 1 and April 8.

By May 5: To enable access by attendees, presenters must upload slides for their sessions to Sched (used for the ELUNA meeting calendar, all registrants will receive an invite-only link in April) prior to their presentations. These presentation slide decks and materials will be loaded to the ELUNA Document Repository after the conference. Any extensions or exceptions must receive prior approval from the Program Committee Chair.

May 5-8: ELUNA Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, CA. We’re looking forward to your presentation!

Virtual Speaker Orientation

Instead of an in-person orientation the first morning of ELUNA, speakers will have the option to sign up for one of two webinars on April 1 and April 8. Speakers can register at https://tinyurl.com/eluna2020so

Track Managers

To confirm your session, visit ELUNA 2020 Session Confirmation, locate your proposal ID, and confirm your session with the person listed.  Your track manager is here to help you with any edits needed for your proposal and answer any general comments you may have about presenting at ELUNA 2020. Please do not hesitate to contact your track lead if you need assistance with anything.
