ELUNA 2026 is set in the heart of downtown Los Angeles at the iconic Westin Bonaventure. Completed in 1976 and one of the most photographed buildings in the world, the hotel is widely recognized as a masterpiece in contemporary hotel design. This magnificent hotel was designed and built by the Portman Cos., headed by architect John Portman. Today the hotel hosts industry events and welcomes guests from all over the world. It was LA’s first property to reach Green Seal environmental standards.
The hotel provides a modern location in the heart of downtown LA with a great fitness center and heated outdoor pool.

The planning committee has secured a great rate for attendees:

- $235.00 for triples
- $255.00 for quads
All room will be charged an additional 16.295% occupancy tax. The contracted rates expire on April 6, 2026. Cancellation is 72 hours in advance. Sharing a room and need two beds? Helpful Hotel Information
- Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 12pm.
- Guests need a credit card and valid government issued ID to check in.
- Safety deposit boxes are located in every guest room, as well as at the front desk (at no charge).
- ATM MACHINES are location on the lobby level near the yellow tower and the 4th floor near the red tower.
- Boarding Passes can be printed for free at computers in the Garage or next to the Front Desk.
- Elevators
- Accessible elevators are located on the Lobby level, near the front desk (servicing Lobby-6th floor) and on the Pasadena level (servicing Garage level-2nd floor).
- Service elevators are available to our guests who prefer not to use glass elevators.
- Guest room elevators stop on lobby level, 3rd, and 5th floors.
- Fitness center is located on the 3rd floor, open 24 hours to guests only, accessible by room key.
- Pool hours are 6am-10pm. Temperature of pool averages 80 degrees.
- Evacuation info: Pasadena Rm-E level (earthquake), Union Bank Plaza-4th & Figueroa (fire)

Getting to the Westin
Driving directions to the Westin Bonaventure can be found on the hotel website. The hotel is 0.3 miles from the 7th Street/Metro Center station (served by light rail, heavy rail, and the rapid bus system).
If travelling by air, you have many options:
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – 18 miles southwest
- Estimated taxi fare: $69.00 (one way)
- Estimated Uber/Lyft: $50. Catch ride-share and taxis at the LAXIt lot, a short walk from the terminals.
- An affordable and comfortable Flyaway bus from LAX to downtown LA Union Station is available. The bus is only $12.75 each way, runs every 30 minutes, has free wi-fi, and comes from every terminal at LAX.
- From Union Station, take a Metro bus to Westin Bonaventure (Google map) Fare is $1.75

- NOTE: Although LAX has curbside areas at the terminals for taxi and shared ride pickup, curbside pickup incurs a huge (we have seen up to $70.00) surcharge. If you do not want to incur the surcharge, do not book your ride at the terminal itself. Instead, take the long walk (the signs underestimate the walk time) or take the free shuttle service to the LAXit taxi/shared ride area and make your ride booking arrangements from there.

Breakfast and lunch are included on Monday and Tuesday for attendees of the Clarivate Knowledge Days, Tuesday for attendees of Developers Day+, and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for attendees of the ELUNA Annual Meeting.
