Idea Exchange is an Ex Libris initiative that allows customers to submit ideas for enhancements and improvementss to Ex Libris by product.
In contrast to Idea Exchange, the user groups’ product enhancement process, known as CERV, provides the only clear commitment on Ex Libris’ part for development capacity for enhancements requests. Idea Exchange entries are not guaranteed for review or implementation of suggestions. More information on the differences between the two options are described in this document.
