The Annual Ex Libris User Group of North America (ELUNA) Conference has been held at different venues across North America since 2003. Conference attendees represent libraries that are customers of Ex Libris library systems and services. ELUNA holds an annual conference and online learning events that offer sponsorship opportunities to those companies looking to connect with and market to a highly unique audience of library professionals. As a non-profit organization, ELUNA would not be able to offer such a robust quality of programming without the generous support of our sponsors.

- Please add your sponsor demonstration/presentation information by the January 15, 2026 deadline. Presentation Proposals
You will need to create an account to submit your proposal. Once you create the account and are logged in, you can go to your menu > My Submissions > Submit Abstract. That will open the form for you to enter your proposal’s information. Make sure to choose the Annual Meeting Proposal submission type when you get to the form and select Sponsor Demonstration for the track. That will open the questions that will provide the information necessary for the Annual Meeting’s Program Planning Committee.
