Final registration rates will not be set until later in the planning process, but our intention is to not make significant changes from the 2024 rates.
Meeting planners have negotiated an excellent room rate of $209 single occupant, $229 double occupant per night for the conference hotel. Group hotel reservation link will be available in January.
