Health and Safety

ELUNA engaged the services of InHouse Physicans to provide on-site urgent care services for attendees. Services include:

On-Site “Urgent-Care” + Mobile Pharmacy – Sunday, May 7 – Friday, May 12, 2023
- On-Site Emergency Trained Paramedics
- Offsite iHP Physician Available In Support of Paramedic 24×7 via Telehealth
Prescription Generation as Needed
COVID Testing: Symptomatic Testing Throughout Program
- Rapid Molecular Testing | 45 Minute Results

A COVID rapid antigen test will be distributed to every attendee at the registration desk. This test is to be self-administered before attendees join their first conference event (events include reception, meals, or sessions). If the attendee tests positive, they should consult with the staff from InHouse Physicians to receive medical guidance.

Registration Rates

We are so excited to be convening again in person! ELUNA is committed to providing our attendees with the same quality of venue, food and beverage, and networking events as we have for the past eighteen years. Unfortunately, the increases we’ve all experienced across most products, goods and services within the general economy have also impacted costs for the Annual Meeting. In addition, we have added new conference requirements as well as new on-site health-related services to ensure the well-being of all who attend. It is for these reasons that for the first time in many years, there will be a modest increase in registration rates. Questions about registration rates can be sent to the conference planner.

A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for any attendee requested cancellation made through Thursday, April 6, 2023. No refunds will be given for any attendee requested cancellation made on or after Friday, April 7, 2023. If Ex Libris/ELUNA cancel the event(s), a full registration refund will be issued on request.

Registration fees include the following meals:

Ex Libris Knowledge Days – Includes breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
ELUNA Developers Day+ – Includes afternoon break on Monday and breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Tuesday.
ELUNA Annual Meeting – – Includes breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

In addition, all 3 events include the conference reception Tuesday evening, which includes light fare and beverages.
