The full conference program will be posted in the March, generally around the time registration opens. Event overview are available on the conference site. Attendees will have the opportunity to plan their schedules within the conference system after registration.

Registration Rates
A cancellation fee of $75 will be charged for any attendee requested cancellation made through May 15, 2025. No refunds will be given for any attendee requested cancellation made on or after May 16, 2025. If Ex Libris/ELUNA cancel the event(s), a full registration refund will be issued on request.

Registration fees include the following meals:
- Ex Libris Knowledge Days – Includes breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
- ELUNA Developers Day+ – Includes afternoon break on Monday and breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Tuesday.
- ELUNA Analytics Afternoon – Includes afternoon break on Tuesday.
- ELUNA Annual Meeting – Includes breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday*.
In addition, all 4 events include the conference reception Tuesday evening, which includes light fare and beverages.

Meeting planners have negotiated an excellent room rate of $209 single occupant, $229 double occupant per night for the conference hotel. Group hotel reservation link will be available in February.
