This is a call for volunteers for the Program Planning Committee for the 2011 ELUNA Conference, May 11-13, 2011 in Milwaukee, WI. Committee members will work online via email and through conference calls to solicit proposals for presentations, contact potential presenters, etc. Planning Committee members may also have onsite duties at the conference.
We are looking for volunteers to coordinate the following areas:
General Track
Strategic Track
Posters
Moderators/Volunteers
Proceedings
Photographs
If you are interested please send an email to Sherrie Kristin, [email protected] stating your name, contact information, affiliation and which conference track or role you are interested in working on. If you volunteer for more than one role, please indicate your order of preference.
Remember that ELUNA is a User group meeting, it includes a few company presentations but the bulk of the planning needs to be done by the user community, which gives us a great opportunity to create the conference we want to attend!
