Ex Libris is honoring the memory and years of community contributions of the late Christine Moulen by establishing an annual conference scholarship in her name. For the ELUNA 2018 conference in Spokane, three grants will be distributed to first-time attendees supporting the conference fee and up to $1,000 in travel expenses.
