Dear community,
Are you interested in viewing presentations from past ELUNA and regional conferences or meeting notes from Steering Committee and Working Group meetings? If so, the ELUNA Document Repository is the place for you!
From the recent Community Survey, we heard some of our members don’t know about the Document Repository or how to access it, so we want to shine a light on this valuable service with some helpful information. There is a wealth of knowledge in the Document Repository and it is all available to ELUNA members at absolutely no additional cost!
Your institution’s membership includes access to the ELUNA Document Repository to all staff members at the institution. A shared login is provided to your institution’s ELUNA contact to access the Document Repository, and with that login you have the ability to browse documentation by year, subject, author, and division and view/download presentations, meeting notes, and other organizational documentation.
To access the Document Repository, click on the tab on the navigation menu at the top of the ELUNA website:
Then click on the ELUNA Document Repository link in the third paragraph of the text:
From there, you will enter the shared login information that was shared with your institution’s contact (the most recent login information was shared on 6/24/25).
If you have any questions or feedback about the Document Repository, contact us here and we will be happy to help! One of our major initiatives coming out of the community feedback survey is to increase awareness and make improvements to the Document Repository, so your feedback is very valuable.
Kind regards,
Jason Griffith (ELUNA Chair, 2024-2027)
