The ELUNA 2025 Annual Meeting Program Planning Committee is excited to open the Call for Proposals for breakout sessions! We invite you to submit your 45-minute breakout session ideas for the 2025 Annual Meeting by January 25th, 2025.
Our conference theme is “Adapting, Advancing, & Advocating for All.” Libraries and archives are some of the best organizations to address this. All of you help create connections by integrating various technologies allowing your patrons to access information, concepts, resources, and tools. You provide paths to resources you own and find access to resources you don’t own. You have visions and ideas for better tools and new ways to champion your patrons. We look forward to seeing your unique spin on this topic. Even if you don’t see how your presentation proposal meets this theme, we’re sure the attendees of your session will. So, don’t let it block you from submitting your great presentation ideas. We look forward to seeing how this theme relates to your institution!
Even if you are not interested in presenting at the Annual Meeting this year, we hope you plan to join us for one or more ELUNA 2025 Conference events at the Marriott Marquis in Atlanta, Georgia.

Looking for hands-on training for Ex Libris products? Ex Libris will offer Knowledge Days as a pre-conference event on June 16 & 17, 2025.
Want to present at Analytics Afternoon or Developers Day+? They will open their Call for Proposals soon. Please be sure to look for more information from those event chairs.

Submit your proposals by January 25th, 2025 at https://elunaconf2025.dryfta.com/submitted-abstracts/abstract.
- Log in with your credentials used last year (or create a new account if you didn’t create an account previously).
- On the Submission form, click once on the Event Name in the Submission Type field to show the Annual Meeting proposal fields – even if Annual Meeting already displaying.
