We’re looking for speakers and poster presenters for your Ex Libris user’s conference ELUNA 2012!

ELUNA is an an opportunity to share your experiences, best practices, works in progress or gotchas. We’re seeking to offer presentations on every Ex Libris product as well as general and strategic topics. We welcome presentations at every experience level – novice to expert, workflow-specific to strategic. If you don’t think you have enough to fill an entire presentation, please consider proposing a poster session.

But wait! There are more reasons to present a session! Presentation speakers are eligible for a $100 discount on their conference registration. The discount will apply to up to two speakers per session. Your library does not need to be a member of ELUNA or IGeLU for you to receive the speaker discount. Note that the speaker discount does not apply to poster session presenters and cannot be combined with a Tech Seminar ELUNA combination registration discount. Registration will open in early 2012.

For topic ideas or to see what types of presentations have been made in the past, check out the ELUNA Meeting Archives from past conferences.

The deadline for presentation proposals is January 26, 2012 with notice of acceptance in late January or early February. The deadline for poster submissions is March 23, 2012 with notice of acceptance by early April.

Please use the Presentation and Poster Proposal Form to submit your proposals. You just need to provide a brief description at this time.

Have any questions about submitting a proposal? Please contact a member of the ELUNA Program Planning Committee:
