Enhancements
The enhancement process is known as CERV (pronounced “curve”) – Community Enhancement Requests and Voting. The platforms are referred to as the Enhancement Portal and the Voting Portal.
Enhancement Portal
- There is a sign-up link on the login page. When creating an account, please use your professional email address from your institution, rather than a personal email.
- Steps for submitting an enhancement are available in this guide.
- Crafting an enhancment
- We recommend including as much information as possible in your request. Focus on the problem that needs to be solved (the desired outcome), rather than proposing specific solutions (there might be multiple ways to address an issue/request). The working groups have the mandate to reject or delete submissions that do not meet certain quality standards.
