ELUNA conference updates!

ELUNA conference logistics lead Laura Morse shares this conference update:

Dear ELUNA Developer Day+ and Annual Meeting Attendees –

Soon we will be in warm and largely sunny Atlanta enjoying some southern hospitality! Please review this set of important reminders before you begin your travels.

Local Information. We have compiled local information to help you get from the Airport to the Hilton and to begin exploring all that downtown Atlanta has to offer.

Developers Day+ Registration. Attendees who registered for Developers Day+ can pick up their conference packets between 1:30 and 2:00 pm on Monday, April 29, outside of the Grand Ballroom on the Second Floor of the Hilton. We will also have a registration desk for Developers Day+ attendees from 8:00 – 9:00 am on Tuesday in the same location. Your conference packets include your materials for the entire week.

ELUNA Annual Meeting Registration. Attendees who registered for the ELUNA Annual Meeting can pick up their conference packets between 1:00 and 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 30, on the first floor of the Hilton. Not arriving until after 6:00 pm? Check Sched for additional registration times and locations.

Tuesday Reception Reminder. Please join us for food, beverages, and aquarium exhibits on Tuesday evening, from 6:00 – 9:00 pm at the Georgia Aquarium. Shuttles to the Aquarium depart from outside the Hilton Atlanta on Courtland Street (see map on inside cover of printed program you will receive at conference packet or ask at the registration desk). The Georgia Aquarium staff have asked us to note the following: The Georgia Aquarium is a secured environment. Entry screening includes a bag check and magnetometer screening of all guests. Firearms, knives, lighters and pepper spray are prohibited at Georgia Aquarium and will be confiscated by security at point of entry.

Dine Arounds. Some of our Thursday Night Dine arounds locations are still available. Sign up in Sched!

Event hashtag. Please use the #eluna2019 hashtag for all your social media posts about the event.

Personal Schedules. Almost 800 attendees have created their personal agendas on Sched. This is a great way to stay up to date on schedule and room changes, and to get daily reminders of the sessions you selected.

Payment Outstanding? Ask for Sue Julich at the registration desk.

Safe travels to all of you, and see you soon in the ATL! – Laura
